Form item summary report

It displays a summary report of the Form Items.

Steps to create Form Item Summary Report

  • In the Menu bar, click Projects workspace and select a project
  • In the Go to list, click Reports
  • From the Report list, click Form Item Summary Report
  • Select the Form from the drop down list
  • Select a Form field from the given list.


  • Click Submit to proceed

Filter Form Items by specifying certain parameters in terms of date, assignor, assignee, name, and address.

  • In the Output type box, select the format type for the output of the Form Item Summary Reports
  • Select Show Report Parameters options
  • Select Assignment Type from the given types

  • Click Submit to complete the process

Form Item Summary Reports will be displayed
