Business Intelligence in Project.net

Project.net is also called as Business Intelligence (BI) software as it provides historical, current and predictive views of your business operations. A common feature of any BI software is "reporting" which helps in better decision making. Project.net provides the following enhanced graphical reports

  • Baseline vs. actual work
  • Baseline variance
  • Baseline plan vs. current plan
  • Resource cost report for work captured
  • Resource cost report for work completed

These advanced reports help track project and resource progress as well as project performance using earned values.

Ha ha. Seeing that blurb gave me a real laugh. My mom and I have joked for years about the fact that sleep deprivation turns us into frlhgtfuliy unpredicable maniacs. Meanwhile, our husbands are entirely stoic when similarly deprived. They might be slower, physically and mentally, but they just keep plowing thru the day, unchanged in demeanor. But is stoic endurance necessarily an indication of superiority? The squeaky wheel gets the grease, you know. Guess who automatically gets up early when necessary on Saturdays, leaving the female wheel in bed so it squeaks less?I don't do it on purpose to scam a lie-in. It's just The Way Things Are, and it's funny to read that some science-ticians accidentally noticed it.cheers and best to you, Mr. Superior PantsLin
